Oranges

With all this swine flu epidemic at our doorsteps, I wonder if eating a lot of these will help to ward off this threatening virus.

I don't know what these delicious-looking oranges will do for the pre-flu health of whoever eats them. But I think any source of vitamin C is a plus. Nice photo, my friend.

I think the whole world has gone nuts panicking over what seems to be one of the mildest strains of flu in existence when you consider the average number of deaths from "normal" seasonal flu is 36,000 in the US and 500,000 worldwide every year, and that's even with available vaccines for those strains.
