Grass Surfing?

A few of the surf boards used by the surfers of Boston Bay Portland. Have a great weekend!

Tomorrow is the Carnival road march, so I will be on the road with the revelers trying to get some photos. I am not as prepared as i wanted to be. Even though I recently purchased a 55-200mm lens, it is still in the US as there is no one to carry it down for me at this time. I am also without an external flash and an extra battery. So I will have to so as best as I can with the 17-55mm lens and the single battery. I hope i get some very good shots though!

Love the even lighting in this which gives a strangely restful feel to exciting stuff.
The 55-200 was my favorite lens until I got an 18-200 . . it was so light to carry and gave ace results.
