Stunner Delight

No, this is not a dessert from a gourmet restaurant, but just one of my experiments while in New york. My sister had bought a pound cake and a tub of vanilla ice cream. So I decided to put he two together, add some berries and fancied it up a bit and I came up with this, Stunner Delight!
