Amercan in Jamaica

This is more of an American breakfast than Jamaican, pancakes, scrambled eggs, franks, syrup and some good Blue Mountain coffee to go with it. Even though i prefer my Ackee and Saltfish and fried dumplings or some Kidney with boiled dumplings and yellow yam, this is much easier and quicker to prepare.
