I participated in a 5 Kilometer (3.1 miles) last week before last Sunday for charity. It was the annual Sigma Corporate Run which donates the proceeds to various charities. I did manage to place in the top 250 out of over 2000 runners. not bad for a first try, huh? I took this after the race in Emancipation Park, where they had an after race concert.
