Another Healthy Choice

This is another one I pulled out of the Stunner's kitchen. Eating healthy does not mean the food has to be boring, unappetizing and tasteless. Food must appeal to the eye, the nose and to the pallet yet good for the body too. This is a dish of spaghetti and meatballs with melted mozzarella cheese served with blanched vegetables.

Thanks for all your comments on my last post, I'm glad you all liked it. I'm so sorry I have not been visiting your blogs these few days. But I have been so busy, so please bear with me until the weekend when i will be able to admire your great photographs.
