Blue Danube

This is a shot of the canoe called Blue Danube, another canoe parked on the beach at Boston Bay. I decided to post this shot in full colour this time for a more natural feel. I'm glad you all liked yesterday's post, thanks for all you encouraging comments.

I love this angle, and contrast of weathered tones on the canoe and greenery behind. Also truly fabulous contrast of textures, with the sandy beach, lush foliage and rocky/stoney ground in between. Absolutely GORGEOUS composition.

I'm suprised they didn't paint the boat blue to go with it's name. A great vibrant shot.
