Sorry for the unannounced leave of absence, but I had a visitor for the week so I was very preoccupied! I'm not sure if I'm back as there will be a strong Category 4 or possible 5 hurricane about to hit Jamaica in a few hours.
I took this photo last week while I was at the beach in Portland.

Nice shot - Portland??? Surely there must be a Portland in Jamaica, because that sure doesn't look like the Portland I've visited in the USA.

I just go back from vacation... still catching up but also very worried about you. Hope you were able to stay safe... it hasn't looked very good for how Dean hit your beautiful island.
